Leading Investments Consulting LTD Podgorica is a legal consulting firm founded in March 2016. Our firm has a broad portfolio in the realization of some of the largest and most important investments in Montenegro of the total investment value exceeding 320 million euros.
Our diverse and innovative team works closely with our clients in order to provide most thorough legal counsel and reliable support towards bringing their investment projects to life. Mina holds a university degree in Law.
Before establishing and managing Leading Investments Consulting, she held key positions in the Ministry of Finance and the Government of Montenegro. At first, until year 2007, she worked with Debt and Cash Management Department, only to later return to the Ministry of Finance in the year 2011 when she took over the position of the Head of the Directorate for Investment Projects and, later, the position of the State Secretary in the area of state property and investment projects.
During the break in her professional engagement with the Ministry of Finance, she worked with the office of International Monetary Fund in Montenegro where she gained significant knowledge and expertise in the area of Montenegrin economy and financing.
With her extensive experience in the Montenegrin investment market, in establishing the Leading Investments Consulting Mina was guided by the idea to gather in one place the best legal knowledge and know-how any investor entering Montenegrin market would need in establishing his business and developing any projects.
The rest of the Leading Investments Consulting team consists of lawyers and legal consultants with a very diverse background.
They have academic background in prestigious universities, in Montenegro and abroad. Prior to joining our team, they earned extensive and valuable experience by having worked in some of the Montenegrin most renowned companies, largest law firms, tourism projects, banks, etc. This diverse combined knowledge helps our company cope with various complex legal challenges and achieve excellent results.
They are proficient in English, French and German language.
